  Visited the TK Maxx store recently and wanted to highlight the excellent service from Armani.she genuinely made the effort to walk around the store and help me find the item I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Friendly, patient, and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, my experience at the till with Twinkle was the opposite. The cashier came across quite rude and dismissive, with an attitude that made the checkout experience uncomfortable. A bit more professionalism and customer care would make a big difference. Big thanks again to Armani for the great customer service.”

  To the Management Team, I am writing to express my absolute outrage and disgust regarding the treatment I received at your Ruislip branch on 11th March, between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. What should have been a relaxing shopping trip turned into the most degrading and hostile retail experience I have ever encountered. When I arrived at the fitting rooms, there was no staff present to assist or advise on entry protocols. Naturally, I proceeded to try on my items. Upon exiting, I was immediately accosted and scolded by a staff member for not "consulting" him and for allegedly having too many items. Let me be clear: if you have a restrictive garment policy, it is your responsibility to either staff the entrance or display the policy prominently. It is absurd and insulting to expect customers to "magically" intuit your internal rules when nothing is signposted. The situation escalated from unprofessional to aggressive: The staff member handled my selected items with utter contempt, shoving them back into the trolley shabbily and running the wheels directly over a white shirt I intended to purchase. A second female staff member joined in, ganging up on me in a display of pack-mentality bullying that was nothing short of pathetic. Most appallingly, this occurred while I was with my sister and her newborn baby. The complete lack of empathy or basic decency shown to a new mother is shameful. When I sought help from the Manager, the response was non-existent. He stood there speechless, offering no resolution and lacking the basic courtesy to offer a simple apology. His inability to manage his team or the situation was appalling. I do not go to TK Maxx to be lectured, bullied, or stressed; I go for retail therapy. Your staff at Ruislip clearly require urgent training in basic etiquette and customer service. I expect a formal response detailing how you intend to address the conduct of the staff and management on duty during this shift. I will certainly be sharing my experience to ensure others avoid this branch.
